Our pre- employment screening includes:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a hospital or nursing facility.
• Current WA state license for CNA, LPN, or RN
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Valid ID and/or Driver’s license, Original Social Security Card
• Criminal background check with state and national verification
• Current CPR/ACLS
• T.B test (yearly) or if positive chest x-ray (must renew every 10 years)
• Hepatitis B vaccination record
• Excellent references
