Our pre-employment screening includes:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a hospital or nursing facility.
- Current WA state license for CNA, LPN, or RN
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Valid ID and/or Driver’s license, Social Security Card
- Criminal background check with state and national verification
- Current CPR/ACLS
- T.B test (yearly) or if positive chest x-ray (must renew every 10 years)
- COVID Vaccination Record
- Excellent references
